Newborn photography
For parents who’d like to capture the magic of the newborn bubble, but don’t want to pose awkwardly or traipse over to a studio.
The photos are everything I hoped they would be, and more – there are so many beautiful pictures. I will always treasure these photos of those special early days.”

We’re thrilled with the relaxed, natural style of the photos. Louise was very calm and professional on the day, which immediately put us and our newborn baby at ease. We’d highly recommend Louise.”

How I work
As newborns are adorable as they are, I take natural photographs in your everyday surroundings, rather than tucking your baby into buckets! My goal is to capture the moments that matter.
As well as gorgeous portraits of your baby, I’ll photograph the love between you and your baby, so you can remember what life was like in these special first few weeks.
I’ll photograph your newborn baby as he or she sleeps, gazes up at you or snuggles up in your arms, and photograph you all as a family as you find your feet with a new human in tow.
Of course, if you have older children or pets, they’re absolutely part of the session too.
Your baby sets the pace
Always keeping things quiet and calm, I’ll work at your baby’s pace, allowing plenty of time for stops.
I’m a mum myself so I understand first-hand the importance of taking my cue from the newborn.
Your baby’s likely to have a couple of feeds during the session, and at the very least one nappy change – there’s no rush, you can take your time.
