Rosa is the founder of Pilatespluswellness. The company provides Pilates and wellbeing for clients, with highly experienced teachers. Her business offers Pilates in halls, in the studio with Pilates Reformer and Tower equipment, as well as bespoke sessions tailored to clients needs and Online Pilates.
Areas of Pilates can be specialised for rehabilitation or purely to help someone have some me time, and to help them feel and look the best they can.
Rosa told me that “I love that Pilates is for everyone and it helps everyone. I love the variety of Reformer and Tower Pilates, and I wanted to provide high quality bespoke Pilates sessions in lovely surroundings.” The studio she’s built in her home certainly gives creates the calming environment for her clients. The studio provides a very boutique feel, which I wanted to capture in the business photos.
A creative, calm teacher, Rosa has plenty of energy for her clients. She is very knowledgeable and adapts exercises as needed. I wanted to reflect this helpful and supportive side in the photos.
I photographed her teaching clients, as well as individual headshots which can be used on the website, socials or for magazine articles. We also incorporated her online teaching, showing the range of video content available to clients.
